You're From New Jersey? What Exit?

I guess we brought it on ourselves with all our roads and cars. If you tell someone you're from New Jersey, what you often hear is, "New Jersey? What exit?" Well, here's my old stomping ground- Exit 163 on the Garden State Parkway. A little noisy, yes, but you always knew you never walked alone. That 'what exit' line is really true (I'm from Glen Rock in Bergen County, close by Exit 163 and also the Garden Sate Plaza, one of America's oldest suburban shopping malls). - Glenn Weiser
